This site is part of an ongoing project of primary age children being shown research methodology and then carrying out their own research into questions that really interest them. Mary Kellett has published a very useful book called: "How to develop children as researchers: a step -by-step guide to teaching the research process" by Mary Kellett, Paul Chapman Publishing 1412908302. Alongside the philosophical/educational ethos are lesson plans for delivering the units as well as photocopiable pages at the back. We have a copy in each grade level team room.
